I know that I need to have new servers put in my building but it is just not that easy. I currently have some that were used servers to begin with and have lasted just fine for ten years. Now, my staff wants me to pay for new servers that have a warranty included with them. I have no idea how long I can put them off but I am going to hold out for as long as possible.
My secretary has suggested that we just buy some used servers again and go another ten years and I am all for that but the guy that I got the used poweredge servers from last time is no longer in business. I would have to find a completely different supplier and that is probably not going to be that easy.

I would hate to add up the repair bills, it is a good think that they go straight to the accounting department and they pay them.

So, even though they are refurbished but used hp servers, they are guaranteed to work. I am not sure how long the guarantee is so I may have to go back and read the fine print to make my final decision.
I have the used proliant servers placed in the checkout basket of the site and am having a hard time completing the process of buying them. I think that maybe I will have the accounting girls place the order since they are used to approving big chunks of money being spent in my office every day.

The very few poweredge servers that were in stock at the electronics store are not a match to the one that I need for my client. I had been hired by a big accounting firm to purchase some necessary computer items for them. I had already lined up a dell repair company that will be on call for any repairs that may be needed, anytime of the day or night.
I was given a name of a company that sells online dell supplies and am going to head back to my office to check it out. I am hoping that they have the right poweredge servers that I need and I can get them delivered before the deadline I have on Friday. I think that maybe the lead from the dell repair is my best yet.

The company that I ordered the system x servers from called to make sure that I had received them on time. I told them that they had actually been delivered about two days earlier than what I had expected. This was a good thing; since that was the only thing that we were waiting on to open up our new office. The computer guys came in two days early and took care of installing everything with the xseries servers that needed to be done.
