I found three different companies on the internet that had really informative websites and requested through their sites, to have them come out and give me a bid on the work. Only two of them contacted me within twenty four hours to set up an appointment, and the third did not call back for a week. Needless to say, I had already hired one of the other two prior to the third one calling me.

Out of the two different house washing companies that did give me an estimate, I decided to go with the one that seemed to know what they were doing and explained it so that I could understand the whole process. The second company talked about how to clean wood siding, like he was a genius. He used so many big words, that it made him almost sound stupid. Using the actual scientific names of the chemicals that you use, does not make you sound smart. I thanked him for his time and told him that if I was to go with his company, I would contact them and let them know. I am sure that they have figured out they did not get the job.
