I have been a technician for an IT based company for two years. During my years under probation, the pSeries Servers of this company are the only equipment that my company relies on. They usually call me for maintenance and task problems, but I solve it most the time. This company, which has been six years of servicing clients internationally and locally through their web based program, has made quite a name already in the internet. It’s been a pleasure working with them and I regard this company as one of the best.

Unfortunately, when one of their pServers broke down, I wasn’t able to repair it. I tried all that I can but it was just not working. The server is really aged. I felt bad when the company had to lose a lot for information with that server going down. I was upset with myself too, because I was unable to make it running again. I know of a store that resells Used pSeries; less expensive than buying a new one, and still working in perfect shape.  I suggested that to them, and I was surprised when they took my advice. They bought these refurbished servers at a lower price, and I got these machines running again. I earned my reputation to them because of that one good suggestion, and they trusted me again.
