My whole family is thinking of getting involved with the Scottsdale dodgeball league and I am not so sure. I hated dodgeball when I was in school, I was never a mean person and did not like getting hit either. I will never forget the time that I got hit in the face with a very fast moving dodgeball and it left a mark on there for days.

My brother has told me that the Scottsdale sports league teams are competitive, but not out for blood like I would think. In fact, he told me that since the teams are co-ed, there are lots of other women on the teams that are really only there to have fun and not get pummeled. I told him to go ahead and sign me up, but that he had to have my back at all times of every game. If I ever got hit in the face again, I would be quitting the Scottsdale dodgeball league team.

My brother thinks that it is funny, how I overreact about things but has assured me that he will in fact, have my back. I am going to try and find a few of my friends to join the Scottsdale sports league and play with us and that way, we can stand behind all of the big men and try to not get hit.
