My brother was asking my husband what would be the best option to replace wood windows. My husband and I had bought numerous rentals in the last ten years and one of the first things we do to them if they need it, is put in new composite double hung windows because that is what we have found works best for us.

I wondered why my brother would just not have asked me the question about the whole replace wood windows thing. He knows that I do all the ordering and hiring of contractors too. Maybe he was just trying to start a conversation with my husband or something.

I was trying not to bud in and tell him all about the composite double hung windows that are in almost every one of the twenty rental homes and apartment complexes we own. I just hoped that my husband knew enough about them to explain the advantages of them. Since the biggest thing my husband does with the rentals is to collect the rent payments, I thought he might need some help.
