One of the best deals I have ever found was a line of used poweredge servers and used dells. I was shopping for something descent for my Mom to use for surfing the Internet and doing some simple emailing and stuff.

She was in the need for a new computer but did not have the money. I knew I had to get one for her so right away I started looking for a used dell or other type of used computer. I am partial to the dell line of computers because I have a sister that works for dell plus I know they are a good brand.

The first thing I wondered was if used servers were dependable and upon doing some research and asking some friends in the business, I found they were very reliable. I had no problem buying a used dell because I know the brand is good but the usd poweredge servers, at the time, I was not sure.

I know now that the poweredge types of servers are very dependable for most anything you want to do. My Mom as many files, pictures, documents, and programs on the one I bought her and it is working great. It was a good move on my part to find a good used computer setup for her and save myself some money.
